Hoboken is about to put its restaurants front and center. From Monday, November 9 to Sunday, November 22, 2026, the Hoboken Business Alliance is hosting the first Hoboken Restaurant Week, a two week citywide event in Hudson County, NJ with prix-fixe dinners, discounts, happy hours and limited-edition treats from 26 independent restaurants, cafes, bakeries and bars.
The Hoboken Business Alliance, or HBA, is the special improvement district that supports the Mile Square City’s public spaces and local economy. It calls this the first fully Hoboken-owned and operated Restaurant Week. Here is what our team found on the official event page as of October 23, 2026.

For lunch on a budget, Boomerang Bites on Newark Street serves a meat pie or sausage roll, a drink and a signature bite for $16, Empanadas Cafe offers two empanadas and a black coffee for $10.99, and Dolce and Salato has lunch combos from $14.95.
Why This First Restaurant Week Matters
According to the HBA, more than a quarter of Hoboken’s retail space is home to food and beverage businesses, so a shared citywide campaign gives small, independent owners a way to reach new and returning customers. Luca Infantino, owner of Alessio’s Cafe and an HBA trustee, said the week is a chance for businesses to show what they do best and for neighbors to try somewhere new.
Tips for Planning Your Week
- Check the official page for each restaurant’s days and hours. Many offers run only on certain weeknights.
- Some deals are dine-in only or bar only, so read the fine print before you order.
- Book ahead for the set dinners, and note that Cafe Michelina requires a reservation.
- Pick one place you have never tried and one old favorite.
