November mornings on the waterfront can be chilly, so dress in layers for the Bayonne parade and the outdoor ceremony in Union City. Arrive a few minutes early, since ceremonies usually begin on time with the national anthem and a moment of silence. Wednesday, November 11 is a weekday, so check with your town about parking and any holiday schedule changes before you head out.
